Before accepting delivery (signing for the goods) it is the customers obligation, to first inspect that the goods are not damaged in any way (by the couriers e.g. being dropped, thrown etc.) prior to signature to accept the goods. It is important that you inspect the goods before accepting delivery. If the goods are found to be damaged, the customer should not accept delivery and ensure the courier accepts return of the goods. In this instance there is a process, which must be followed and the customer should contact us on info@countymetalworks.co.uk after which new goods will be sent.
Once we have delivered your order, all responsibility relating to the item will pass to the customer and we maintain no further responsibility. Any loss or damage to the product shall then be to the customers own risk.
